"My dog’s medication has shown up late..."
My dog’s medication has shown up late twice now, and both times the tracking basically just froze with no real update. I kept getting these vague promises that it was “on the way” or “should arrive soon,” which didn’t help at all when I was sitting there counting the pills we had left.
Customer service was polite, but that only goes so far. I still had to call my vet and ask for a few extra pills to get us through the gap. With pet meds, timing really matters, so I don’t feel like I can trust them again.

My order showed up later than expected, which was annoying. I get that delays happen, but this felt preventable with better communication or planning.

"I had to wait way too long..."
I had to wait way too long just to get a reply from support, and when they finally did respond, they kept asking me to verify my info again and again. It felt like I was stuck in a loop instead of actually getting help. Really frustrating experience.

"Prescription approval was slower than I expected"
I tried using koala.health for my pet’s prescription, but the approval process took way longer than I thought it would. I’ve used other pet pharmacy services before, and while none of them are perfect, I usually at least get clearer updates or some sense that things are moving along.
With this order, I kept checking back and waiting without really knowing what was happening. It ended up feeling more stressful than convenient, i probably would’ve saved time just calling my vet myself.

"Meds were out of stock and no one seemed to own it"
I really wanted to like koala, but the medication I needed for my dog wasn’t in stock, and getting a straight update took way longer than it should have. What was frustrating is that it never felt clear who was actually responsible for helping me or following up, I kept feeling like the issue was just floating around. I ended up having to order somewhere else at the last minute. The site itself is easy enough to use, but the availability feels hit or miss.

The personalized notes were a really nice touch and the packaging was super cute!!! But my order showed up late, and when I reached out, support felt kind of slow to respond. I wanted to love the whole experience, but I’m not sure I’d order again!!!

"Vet coordination could’ve been a lot better"
I tried using koala.health, the vet coordination was frustrating. They told me they would reach out to my vet, but then several days went by with no clear update or progress. I ended up having to follow up with both sides myself, which kind of defeated the purpose. I’m sure it may work smoothly for some people, but in my case, it was more of a hassle than I expected

"Auto-ship was such a hassle"
I tried to change my auto-ship while I was sitting at the kitchen table drinking cold coffee, and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The website wasn’t very clear, I kept clicking around in circles, and somehow I still ended up getting charged anyway. If you just need to make a quick change or pause an order, this system makes it feel way harder than it should...

"Absolutely got the wrong order"
My order showed up with the wrong items, and I ended up having to deal with getting it sorted myself. it was definitely annoying enough that I’m 100% not ordering from here again.

"Refund came through, just took a bit"
I ended up canceling my order because of a mix-up, and yeah, the refund did come through in the end. It just took longer than I thought it would. Support did get back to me, so that was good, but not exactly fast. it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t amazing either. Kind of just okay...

"Website felt harder to use than it should’ve"
I had a bit of a frustrating time using the site. A few pages were slow to load, and I kept having to click around to find basic info. Checkout was also more confusing than I expected, which made me wonder a little about the overall quality of the experience. I did manage to place my order in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be
